We act as a neutral escrow: funds are held until the seller marks an item “Shipped” and the buyer confirms “Delivered.” If no confirmation arrives within 7 days of shipping, the order auto-confirms as delivered. A “Chat with Vendor” feature is provided to facilitate communication. Mufumbwe.com is not responsible for the outcome of any transaction.
